Realistically thinking, A stalker would probably put a bullet through the Bloodsucker Childs head, as it's one less problem to deal with in the future.
For example, imagine an average stalker, living off of a small amount of rubles.
He comes across said baby, and has 2 options.
1: Live through extreme conditions as you try to raise it, just to make another terror when it is grown.
2: End it now, and live normally with one less worry for the future...
I know what I would pick.
As cruel and cold hearted as it may seem, it's just another mutant up for exterminating, and most stalkers would do it without so much a second thought.

Hi, this is the principle office at your child's school. Um your son started gettinb bullied and then during nap time your son 'Karnage' attempted to suck the child's blood out. the teacher tried stopping your son but then he jumped out the window and started roaming the streets. Wiki is user contributed, they can't exactly prove or disprove that bloodsuckers can reproduce to make offspring.
The game itself is the same, it never says to the player that they do exist, but it doesn't say that they dont.
People screaming out that it is breaking canon could be entirely wrong, for all they know.

Anyways, It depends on how the radiation affects the organic. But again, unless you run out there in the middle of a radiation zone and do a experiment, or have hard facts to back it up you have no real proof other than Wiki's edited by 12 yearolds. umad that your Exo doesn't make you invincible? It's like 100 pounds of suit if you cut the hydraulic lines yes you'd probably still be able to move but you would have a very fun time of trying to move quickly. And your accuracy would go to shit as you'd have to lug the arm armor around without the hydraulics holding it up. You'd get tired really quickly I think.
