I dont fully understand this and pardon me if this is the wrong section to ask this.
Anyways my question - If accepted, Does this mean it will be added to the offical Faction list, like the eco's and have there own flags?

You'll be accepted to the Official Faction list, but it's a no on flags, ecologists aren't in major factions because their just a small group of scientists allowed into the zone by the government, and have financial backing and support from their goverment. Being accepted just makes sure your officially recognized as a small loner/bandit/mercenary faction within the zone.
