erm..i think im necroposting but im not sure so...i cant seem to extract the content pack and when i try to DL the map it extracts fine but wont work...can somebody help me on how to extract the pack without actually haveing to use the winace to extract it?. also could somebody tell me what folder srp_thegarbage goes into?

okay winrar has been downloaded...before i join has anything changed such along the lines of... stalker groups,artifacts,any new events started?,and shit like that?

I use 7zip. Opens up .rar files, .zip and .7z
Pretty much it's simple to use, but degustibus non disputantum est.

oh and should i just put all the stuff i need to DL in my addons because i just put it in my gmod folder and it nevar worked. :-\

It depends. You put the STALKER Files in the addons (I never did it like that) or extract models, textures etc. to Garrysmod/Garrysmod and overwrite the folders. Works for me.

k  :)      i just did a complete wipe of all my computers files so i should be back in a little while after i install gmod Ep2 Ep1 tf2 css and stuff like that and also DL that annoying little content pack that doesent seem to want to get downloaded...yeah....i had a malware virus. also could somebody tell me what has chenged since i was last on so i can get up to date on any new stuff like any new maps and factions and shit.
