Ok, with the new beta version of chernobyl I got this error:

Hunk Engine Overflow!

It appeared whenever I joined the server.

I googled and found this: http://www.garrysmod.com/?dont_buff_my_pylon=1123

Helped me. Hope it helps others who experience this bug.
