I may sound like an idiot but... I have been wondering how to join. Is it the thing in updates and regulations where you do that thing to be put on the roster? I'm just wondering cause I kinda want to be a controller or possibly bloodsucker.
You can get mutant flags and authorization by donating. The thread says it all.

Pretty much how it works. Done by stages, not individual flags.
Well then I will pay 50$ soon when I get the money. I didn't want to pay 20$ for multiple reasons. The main one is I don't want to look like a guy who wants bandit/merc/experienced stalker and to just have bloodsucker.
I love the new chart, I just wish that there was a little note with the rewards you'd get for the donation. I.E. Items, Paycheck, ect. because I want to decide if getting Veteran is even worth it.
The reason you donate is not for the flags, but for the good of HGN itself.

Ever thought of them.. Going around and Minge Killing people and claiming PK? Causing a discussion and argument which takes up peoples time.
There should ALWAYS be a application for everything.. TO be safe.
Besides i don't think its too fair to the player-base to make it donator only. And i am not only saying that because i want it.
I think at least some lesser-mutants should be open to the public. Not just Donator Only.

So yea, PKing sucker won't become an issue as it won't be able to happen.
