How to join server?

Hello, how do I join the Stalker RP server, listed under where it says "The Cordon" on the main page? I see there's 2, one is always empty and the other averages 20 people during peak hours. But I can't find the populated server in using Gmod/Steam server browser, adding it manually via IP doesn't work, and joining it through Gametracker just fails after 4 retries.

So I'm confused, how do I join? Any help is appreciated.

Also I'm not sure if anyone remembers me, but I'm that guy who was playing this for a few weeks back in January '08, and set up that wikia page for us that everyone vandalized for a couple weeks before abandoning it. Not that that's very memorable.

Edit: Also after a few incidents in the sewers of one map, I'm pretty sure I'm the guy who got "consensual" rape added to the rules.

Sadly it still says "connection failed after 4 retries". Oddly about 30 mins ago Gmod randomly booted up, fired up the server, connected, and began to join before it cancelled after finding I didn't have the map. I downloaded it and tried rejoining and it's back to square one.

Right now I'm more confused over why Gmod randomly launched in the middle of a movie I was watching, under zero provocation.

Either your connection is VERY BAD and your modem is not in a good state or something prevents you from connecting overall, could be your anti virus protection or something else along those lines.

I restarted my router and it seems to have fixed the issue. False alarm I guess, sorry, never had that happen before.
