HGN apps down

Well I noticed that the apps for applying for HGN are locked and I was wondering if there is a way that I could apply for them.

There are no predefined way of "joining" HGN, you just do overtime when playing on our servers, there's no real apps to apply, if you like HGN and have been with us for several months and are generally accepted with the community members, then by your own right you can wear a HGN tag.
