Hi, i've been thinking about making some weapons for SRP a long time now.. and i have decided to do it. Anyways, i won't do it if i don't get some help. I have all the needed models and such.. I just need someone who can do LUA.

No, this is another example of "I haz idea, someone do it for me so i can claim the credit", they wont be helping you, they will be doing all the work. Dont even try if you cant.
