Faction SEVA Suit (lack of) Normal Map Fix

Okay, so I think most of us out there have shone a flashlight on one of the faction SEVA suits. You may have noticed that gross, checkered pattern shine that is visible. That's what this fixes.

What was the problem, exactly?:
The .vmt pointed to a normal map that didn't exist. A very easy fix, just copy and paste the normal map into all 3 folders. However, I took it a step further. Each faction has a custom-created normal map, made by yours truly. (built by me, designed by me. And you best hope: not pointed at you.)
I personally thought that the default SEVA's normalmap was too strong, so I made a new one for it, too, but I've included the original as well so you don't have to use it if you don't want to.

To install. just extract the "materials" folder inside you garrysmod/garrysmod folder. Click yes to whatever window pops up.
