Also, i RPed capturing Tyolos and he reflagged and ran away from me i told him to come back and he ignored me, when i found him he said "No i died you cant do that to me" i told him their was no body in the cell and he said "Well it's a glitch" There was also no blood, and nobody was near.
Dont support yet! Let other people tell their "story" of his minging also, There where a few guys in the server saying "Dude stop fucking minging" and one even said he was going to get banned so whatever. So if you where there and he did this to you too, please share. Thank you.

About a week ago, Tyolos gathered up a bunch of rookies/new players, possibly gave them spawn weapons with his donator flags, and started robbing the rest of the new players coming into the server (Which recently has been driving other players away from the server just to avoid them)

IC I came across a man hunting them, so I naturally called up some other friends to come with me and help this guy take down the group of bandits... so when we came across them at the garbage, we opened fire in a STM and for some reason they kept running half-way across the map at full speed instead of roleplay a hit or injury, once we captured/executed half the group and got to Tyolos he complained about Metagame, saying he was "Masked" and since he had a Black Trenchcoat it didn't label him as a bandit, but even though if he was masked this man I met IC had been actively hunting them for a while, so I'm sure he would know how to spot you if your always wearing the same coat, mask, pants, shirt.. or whatever, he can even go by your height and your gait.

Also after some other stalkers joined in.. it was 5 to 1, how do you expect to be able to run from that?

Bottom line, when you've got him into a corner where the roleplay does not suit his needs or wants, he sometimes tries to avoid the roleplay entirely or make it sound as if we are the one's who are breaking the rules.

I wasn't on the server, but he rages really easily and flames alot.

I would just like to say, for noting of course, that I was at freedom when I watched him give someone a weapon ICly, a Fort 12 to be exact, then shoot them for absolutely no reason other than, and I quote "HE IS A LOLBANDIT. WHY WOULD YOU SUPPORT A LOLBANDIT?!" I am not supporting/-supporting this ban.
