Anyone else notice this rule being sneakily removed? I PM'd ThY, but he hasn't responded.

What's the real deal? Can we still attack while cloaked, giving stalkers a real reason to be scared of something they can't see or do we need to decloak? Discuss.

Zstan

In the game Bloodsuckers must uncloak to attack you for some reason.

So...probably not.

PacMan502

Sucker's are allowed to attack cloaked for the INITIAL strike, after the first strike they must uncloak.

Hm, but I also remember something about "in RP we don't recognise this so they don't have to uncloak" which seems to have gone, whether it's an accident or not I don't know.

Quote13. Bloodsuckers can attack while cloaked, it's only about a Nanosecond after the strike that the creature will uncloak.

Yeah, it used to say something like

Quote13. Bloodsuckers can attack while cloaked, it's only about a Nanosecond after the strike that the creature will uncloak, be we do not recognize this in-game so may be ignored
[OOC] Aleksandr Makarov: When do you actually need Cullinary?
[OOC] Commissar Ruslan Turchin: Vat... are you trying to say cooking skill?
[OOC] Aleksandr Makarov: Yeah.
[OOC] Commissar Ruslan Turchin: It's for the women, of course. Which is why we don't see that skill much.

The rules are being re-made section by section, be patient before announcing something was "sneakily removed".
I will gladly read any suggestions if you PM them to me.
Although I can understand the mis-understanding.
Expect the rules and regulations to be finished in the near future.

I have edited some threads to make this more clear.

So ThY, in preferably less large text, could you give us a low-down? Treat it as a WIP and RP as normal under old regulations until they're finished (at which point follow the new set?)
