On the note of apps. I'm considering closing them for the time being. IMO the faction has enugh people in it for now, the cost of arming the sheer number of recruits is draining funds, which we need to keep the faction going. I'd say 14-16 people is plenty, and I need to see about those on LOA. Hopefuly this is enugh "proof" of "stability" for Monolith to make a return.

Duty + Mili's appas are closed and Freedom has close to 20 maybe even more. How "More stable" do you want them to be?

All factions get on for regular daily training except Freedom. Not because they don't have enough members, because they just don't do it canonly except for basic classes, sparring and such, there were NINE Freedomers on today, usually there are 9-11 Duty and 10-13 Military, I don't see WHY we can't bring them back, factions are completely stable.

Everything will be up when it's done, not a moment sooner. And most monolith WILL be brought into the faction through IC means, not an application.
