Adding multiple mini-events sponsored by the Monolith.

Changing a few guidelines.

Changing main source of recruitment from brainwashing existing characters to applications in which a character is created specifically for Monolith.

Targeted recruitment of specific Stalkers wil lstill occur, it will just me much rarer. Special Cases and the like.
