Well, i figure i may as well make a thread about Government Corruption and discuss it with you other Serious Debaters out there.

Here's the first bit of discussion:

Attorney General Baroness Scotland is to be fined £5,000 after being found to have employed a housekeeper who was not legally allowed to work in the UK.

This person is infact incharge of making laws in the united kingdom, and yet she's breaking the law hereself, i guess you could point this to Barrack Obama, who has a Aunt in the US, who is living their illegally. The fact is, how the fuck can that fat bastard, Gordon Brown, let this go, we already know he's pretty dam corrupt, but what can we do about it? I want to see some justice for once, and this person, not just fined, but sent to prison, and their permissions removed, theres no justice these days.

Im a person who believes what you put in, you should get out, you kill someone, you should be axe'd yourself (Within reason on a hearing, manslaughter aka self defence, shouldn't lead to that).

I suppose there are always exceptions, the reason why capital punishment was abolished in the UK, was because a few people being killed didn't deserve that punishment.

5,000 is nothing to him. Why would he have a housekeeper illegally when he is rich? (Sex slave?)

It's a she, and the gender of the illegal worker was never told, but the point is, what does that say about the governments system? She's resigned, and is taking up another position, but she was in a place of law, if that's not corruption, then what the fuck is these days?

Labor has recently lost the vote. Useless idiots.

If the Tories get in, we are just as fucked as if labour gets in, the Tories are useless, and only care about making money, but then again, you might assume that the Tories and Labour are both one party these days.

Just don't run to the U.S... We're about to be in a Great Depression. I'm not sure, but it seems we might soon.

Talk about corruption, Obama and his puppet Congress passed a 28 TRILLION dollar budget increase for his stimulus plan. Where did that money go? Big business and special interests: something not openly coveted by the Democratic party. Or Social Security parties that cost nearly a million dollars each:

Personal opinion here: all government parties have some degree of corruption, this is undeniable. But where some parties truly attempt to weed this out, the Democrats and the Republican parties are both irreversibly corrupt. I'm a true conservative, believe that government should only regulate matters of business and not necessarily how people live.

I shouldn't have to pay for a public program like Welfare or Medicaid, which openly give out unregulated portions of capital to people who don't pay taxes, because it is indeed unconstitutional. Where in my government's framework does it state that I MUST pay for someone else's livelyhood? Or that the government in itself should provide for people's living?

All that money he gave out never made it down to the people in our economy who matter or pay their dues to their government, those who it would have helped. Instead it fell into the hands of degenerates and already rich CEO's of multi-billion-dollar corporations who live of the fat of the land, letting others do their work for them. This shit is FUBAR, direct results of them trying to establish a socialist government.

I'm not saying that the Bush administration was free of this obvious blight and plague that calls the current cabinent home, for that would not be true. It's just a known, and repetatively proven, fact that our "new" president's regime is so far gone beyond the boundries of what the original framers believed possible, so far opposite what they had intended.

And what's more funny is that the current dictator of the U.S. was also a member of the Masons, an organization that use to be focused about the progress and forwarding of the United States. Taking a look at it now would reveal what it really devolved into: blatant criminal and prostitution rings. Score one for the Liberals, they sure picked them a winner.

But lo', least there are some good people still around, like Glenn Beck, David Savage and Michelle Malkin.

Some that special stimulus package money went back to people who helped him get elected isn't that grand?

Or just about all of it. He comes from a political office INFAMOUS for its corruption (Illinois, anyone?) in which people merely PAID to get public control. What "change" is he bringing? This is the same shit that's been going on for the last four decades!

It really is shit like this that makes me want to dig to my roots and follow the tradition of "public cleansing" so held highly by my young ancestors in Ireland. What else can be done? It is the responsibility for the public to keep the government in check, but now it is becoming tyrannical yet again. I thought the point of this establishment was to preserve the freedoms of the citizen, but now where have those gone?

This country's forefathers went to war over increased taxes and restricted freedoms, the EXACT same things happening today.

Why should people think any different?
