Reasons why: He was our serial arsonist, who had been burning down buildings for a few days before I caught him.
Evidence:  I watched him burn down a village with my own eyes, Bobby teleported to me as well.
Other Details:  This was a couple of weeks back now.  The burnings stopped after I banned him, and this was before we turned off fire spread.
