Alright you hot shots, listen up. Theres going to be some changes in the way we do things from this point on. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU IS A TARGET OF THIS. We are members of whats suppose to be the most professional faction in the game, I understand it is a GAME, but NOONE pays heed to fact your still in a MAJOR FACTION, and as a collective whole, we look like a bunch (and ill make this blunt) of fucking 11 year old retards. Get your acts together. You WILL BE IN CHARACTER AT ALL TIMES when you are on your Militant. NO MORE LOOC dicking off. I am placing a 3 strike policy into effect immediately for server-side. If I find out your screwing off in LOOC or IC, not listening to orders, running around the base like morons, firing ammo off into the air, and any other manner of dumbfuck shit, your GOING to get a strike. At 3, you WILL BE PLACED on suspension from your Militant for a time I will allot for the severity of your actions. When your off of that suspension, should you do it all over again, you WILL BE removed from the faction, no if's, and's, but's, 'he did this', 'she did that', 'I felt like it'. You WILL be removed. Ive had it with this nonsense and so has your faction leader. You HAVE been warned.

PS: The Spetsnaz OWN YOUR ASSES if your below the rank of Lt.Colonel. OWN. get that in your heads now. if a Spetsnaz Sergeant tells a Major to eat a pile of dogshit, that Major better eat a pile of dog shit. If a Spetz Lt. tells a Mili Captain to relinquish patrol command to him, then the Mili Captain had better relinquish patrol command. Remember, they are your mentors, as well as your worst nightmares. They WILL take action into their own hands, should you disobey them, and that might just mean death. This is another warning, get use to it.

PSS: Using the toolgun like an asshole to make stupid shit contraptions with no purpose on base falls into Dicking Around.

Alright. Doom wants the Spets to stay off Spets until called for. So No "Off-Duty". Personally I find this a bit retarded but, what faction leader says, faction leader gets, so listen to it. If I catch someone on a Spets and Doom or Rebel havnt called for you (and informed me) then Im removing you from the roster.

And before I find someone going on to "check something" or "accidentally clicking the character", then note you had better be very careful when picking your character, because Im going to hawkeye the members. One slip up is all it takes.

The 73rd Special Operations Task force, JUNO, is being officially merged into the regular ranks of the 105th regiment, these characters are no longer Special Event Characters, but demotions may come into effect to keep the rank structure balanced and fair. All of these characters are still classified 'Spetsnaz', still have more advanced training that their brothers and sisters in the Military faction, and are still ICly equipped with upgraded Berill M5 suits to the players customization. They are ALL 'Special Ops' as their primary roles, but they each gain a secondary role such as Medic, Infantry, Demolitions, ect based on the rest of the regiment. Pick your secondary specialty and let Doom, Rebel, or I know about it. All Spetsnaz will now follow the proper chain of command that the unit is main branch Military now. Sergeants, Lieutenants, and Captains will take orders from -all- their superiors now, not just the Lt and full Colonels. The Spets are some of the most experienced in the faction, even more so than the High ranking brass, you are -required- to be a mentor to all other members of the faction. No hard-ass attitudes anymore, if a soldier is curious about war stories and your not busy, then you had better cough up a war story. If they ask for help on the best way to handle their weapons to maximize efficiency, then you had better help them. Among other things. In combat we are the sword that strikes down our enemies, we are also the shield, first in and last out. You will give your life to protect your fellow soldiers if need be, it is your duty and honor, and neither goes unnoticed.

The post about the Spets will be altered in time. Possibly more than once, to find the perfect balance between their superior status, and staying fair to the rest of the Military faction.

I suggest everyone gets the fuck active as soon as the servers fixed. Im doing my part and getting back on SRP on Rouiee, and so should the lot of you. Me and doom are getting a lot harsher and cracking down on everyone that isn't active. Check out the roster and see whos been removed and severely demoted. If within a weeks time of the server coming up I don't see you on, it'll be your last days in military. Its sad when DUTY is more active then us.

(IE, the freedom leader tripped on a rock and broke his neck. But seriously, don't be afraid of bugging me if you have a mili/server-related problem.)
