Issues with WIC cutscenes?

Ok I'm stumpted on this -.-; I have World in conflict and The cinimatics are having issues. My GFX card can take it, my Porcessor can take it ,my compy has 4 gigs of Ram . so there should'nt Be an issue .but I'mstumpted and I need a hand getting it to better.

Ah.See Chrome ,Sarfari and IE can do that as well . I fixed that the other day too . >_>
