Fallout pre-alpha Release

I feel that even though the script is bare, we will put up the pre-alpha to get players/admins sorted before we release our own schema. I will be recruiting admins for our server overtime, most likely new admins which are not related to Stalker, however some stalker admins may come over to fallout.

Multiple servers (One for the wasteland, one for vault and various other parts of fallout)
Suit system like SRP
