A Question...:

So, I have a carcinogenic wound on my back (My grandfather died caused by that, and my father still has cancer caused by that, its at the same place on our back...) and well, it will get removed soon, a few weeks/months... But lets get to the point:
What's better? I have two options to choose from:
1. If they burn it down with a laser, or what.

2. If they cut out a big piece of my back around the carcinogenic wound.

If someone can tell me, which is the better, with its effects, cause I didn't really find anything about these in GOOGLE. And NO, they aren't going to give me an injection with sleep-shit, only morphine, or something that absorbs the feeling for a few minutes. Well, shit.

You'd have to ask some surgeon about that. And don't care about pain, better care about your chances to survive.

Its not about Pain, but I guess: If they cut it out, then there's smaller chance that it remains under my skin... I guess, and with the laser its faster, and less pain, but there's still chance that it will remain there...

Honestly, I have no experience with this, and at first glance this isn't much of an answer, more of a personal thought. I would go with the removal, not the laser. Cancer will probably come back and bite you in the ass, like one of my friends that had cancer. Best to take care of it for good.
