Title: Louisiana oil spill- BP PLC
Post by: Bagelz on 29-04-2010

EMERGENCY OIL SPILL OFF COAST OF LOUISIANA COULD DEVASTATE WILD-LIFE, OCEAN-LIFE, and SHORES. ACTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN BY THE COAST GUARD, AND OIL COMPANY BP PLC TO CONTAIN THE LEAKING OIL WELL, BUT THE CHANCES OF CONTAINING THE WELL ARE GENERALLY SLIM DUE TO THE LACK OF TECHNOLOGY NEEDED TO *PLUG* THE HOLE.

Yeah it's pretty bad Bagelz, they cannot turn off the oil either so it's just constantly pumping out....

Yeah, I heard about it. Why do people never think to plan and prepare for this before it happens? We should have the technology to plug it already.

British Petroleum GG. Why is the British drilling off our shores anyways? O.o This is precious oil we could be selling to Britain.

It's not pumping out it is leaking out. All the fishing in that area is fucked and the state of Louisiana is fucked. IMO this is all too coincidental for me first we have Obama sign a bill for off shore drilling near Cali. A week or two after that a coal mine collapses and then they tighten regulations on that and then another few weeks a BP not an American based oil rig explodes. Call me crazy, this all looks like a set chain of events for the new "Green programs" and such.

How do you blow up a fucking oil rig? What, did they plant incendiary bombs underneath it?

The fucker sunk along with evidence. Probably did this ourselves.

What's more appalling is how the fucking cunts can't even manage to fix it after two attempts. TWO...ATTEMPTS. How can you possibly not realize methane is going to crystallize at the BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN, it's like -50 down there, fucking hell...

Yeah, and now they might dump trash on it :). Also BP owned the rig and someone else owned the well.

Are you for real? I knew BP owned it, so why aren't they cleaning up this fucking mess. Half the shit you see on CNN and the news *Probly all to promote US effort* is half the time Americans working on the job, or BP stumbling about like fucking idiots somehow *stuck* on further evaluating the effort needed to clean the job.

It all has nice timing for this Climate bill that they want us to bend over for. Right when Obama passes a bill for off shore drilling this happens and a few coal mining accidents. Just to give them a reason to say "Owe! Look what can happen, what a tragedy!".

Amazing how nobody bothers to even look at this thread.

Either way, I hope you're all ready for one fantastic extravaganza of a show, oh I hope you are. Because the party is about to get started!

Hope you're all watching this cataclysmic event...

Is BP finally saying that they did it them selfs. Cause last I heard was "Were not blaming anyone yet." ..... YET....
Title: Re: Louisiana oil spill- BP PLC
Post by: Bagelz on 23-06-2010
Nope, but now the sea-floor around the well is collapsing, the well is now leaking gas and methane more than oil *supposedly*, and it has been said on crazy nutter forums that the well is now leaking sulfur.

Oh boy.... Now we have something that could blow up and catch on fire...

A robot bumped into the cap and caused a new hole btw its pumping out even more oil.

Yep, the cap is now on crooked as well. Apparently the mix of methane building, and unknown deposits leaking are causing the general structure of the well and oil-cap to deteroriate, though I aint got jack on that to back it up.
