How to upload a website

So I made this stupid website for my JROTC class, and I need to get it up on the net. How do I do this for free? It's made from HTML 'n all that jazz.

Host it yourself. My dad hosts his BSS from his computer

Its coded with Java or HTLM I dont remember. But to access the BSS itself, you either need Java or telnet (which is a BIG bitch to set up for vista, and if your using firefox, its even harder.)
