SRP - Particle Controller STools

What these are, are tools that allow the usage of particles from Source 2007. This includes Episode 2, Portal, and Team Fortress 2. There are MANY cool effects that can be used through this, and make Role-Playing even more interesting and fun. I've been thinking about this for a while, and thought I should bring it up.

Well, with this you can put down effects what will do this, and that like water things and others(GREAT EXPLAIN LOL), download it and check it. But yeah its laggy. :/

It lags for people with horrid computers and if the particles are VERY dense and being spammed.
I can't really find a use for this ... maybe some anomalies? The ones on the server are quite rubbish and have no draw distance (You can see them from anywhere in the map.)

When my gaming rig is up and running I'll see if I can make some anomalies, I have a good idea on how to make some ...
Why don't we test it on the server first, or people test it in Singleplayer to see if they can't handle it. We don't know until we have tried it.
If someone says "Hurrr it will be aboosed" then just remove their tool-trust, simple as.

We can atleast test it on the server. Announce in 'The Cordon' that it will be uploaded, people seen abusing it will have their TT remove and will be spanked, etc.
