To be honest fallout 3 and Stalker aren't even remotely similar.. One is in the year 2500 something and the world is in ruins the other is in 2012 at a remote location meh... I think everyone thinks "Omg Radiation it must be similar"

OK that's true but what do you see in Fallout 3? Random citizens, a couple pseudo-military groups and bandits. What do you see in STALKER? Random mercenary-like people, a couple pseudo military groups, the actual military and bandits. Not much of a difference at all. And the random citizens don't really come into play since everyone knows that every person in the server is going to be an ex marine badass who can kill Chuck Norris with his pinky. In theory the settings are different however I guarantee you once the RP starts up they won't be.

Paintcheck explained why Fallout 3 is similiar to Stalker really well.
So I'm going to keep posting my little posts to vote for City RP!
And like I said.. We can have Futuristic City RP.
We can be the first ones on Gmod I think, to have the first Futuristic City RP.
Sounds tight, so people should join easily >.>

It's been too long in the Development section. I'm still waiting for it since January. It's something new in GMod. There are like 50+ Fallout servers, but nothing has to do with Medieval.

From what Silver has been saying it sounds like Crussaria won't be happening else that would have my vote.

Actually, how hard is it to rip models from Oblivion? Seeing as Oblivion is meant to be very modable it's probably possible....

Who knows, some how people ripped Zelda TP into gmod. I've been on one medieval server, it stopped due to server support being epic fail.

One can only imagine the chaos once we figure out how to rip models from "Mount & Blade".

In all honesty, the decision of the server rests with the top admins, which will more than likely be something that has the least intensive requirements to satisfy the most amount of people. In their terms, they must regulate an already demanding Stalker RP, still supplying resources to contribute for better roleplay and now must take on ANOTHER server that will most likely be very popular.

Not that its bad or anything, but i personally wouldnt play it.
But heres the thing, everyones going to vote for FalloutRP

I would say fallout 3, but I think it would be too much like stalker, all the difference would be is the factions and the guns you use really, as well as a few monsters.
I am going to have to go with City Rp just because you can do so much on them, and the majority of roleplayers know city rp and are friendly with it, this also means more people on the sever.

Could be somebody is calling random people on steamfriends to vote for Fallout :P like people called all the Lord of the Rings online fanboys to all do a zergregister on escapist to vote for it as best multiplayer game xD, it was liek. What happund? 10.000 Registers in one day and everyone went inactive since <_>

I'm for Futeristic, but if That dosent get it Fallout should.

Futeristc can be made in to something truly epic if you get a great "Story", Fallout dosent really need a story sence it's.. Well Fallout.

I voted for Futureistic RP, I want something other, and not Fallout or some other things, and Futureistic sounds good :D. We can move around with hover trucks :3.

Fuck Fallout RP, Fallouts to violent to be a Role-play and if I wanted to play Fallout I'd go play it, its also been done to many times and yes, it is basically STALKER with an American theme, no suckers, blowouts and Fallout has robots with british voices. NOT SAYING FALLOUT IS CRAP, BUT IT IS ON GMOD.

Fururistic Rp, Yes, if there wasnt some almighty overpowered faction that totally beat everyone else with no chance of defeat.
