About a couple of weeks ago Millitary was THRIVING, it had commanders, soldiers and it was big, powerful...but now Millitary is not and I see people constantly stealing its members IC and OOC, what the fecking hell is going on?!

Military was at it´s prime becaues the three-pronged head (Radek, Doom, and I) were always active which spurred interest and allowed members to join at any time as leadership was always active. Now that I am away and also not in a position of leadership and both of the remaining leaders becoming less active the lower ranks do not feel the intiative to come on.

Assassinator is kind of right. Low-ranks won't really feel the initiative to come on when leader ranks are around, as most of them want promotions, respect, or just to impress them to get on their good side.

You see, this is why factions will never thrive, and I will never lead one again.

First of all, all you guys do is bicker and fight, when you should be working together. Why..are...you..fighting. Stop fighting with each other, and fight against the problem you are faced with.

I've been faced with a problem, and that is my lack of respect for the server itself, and hopefully can fix that. While it sounds oh-so hypocritical of me to be saying any of this, you guys need to work together.

I mean, look at Call of Pripyat. LOOK at how the Military became neutral with the stalkers, and look how much the death-toll went down. For those people, like me and Doom who played it, we both noticed that the peace within the Zone became much more obvious, and that is basically this same thing. This is like the stalkers, fighting with the Military, creating a problem that will never end. You guys, need to stop, and team up, and conquer it head on.

To be honest assassin, i couldnt ever see you in the position to lead, normally when your vanguard you rambo everything...
I have enjoyed my time as military, simply because Radek and Doom are both active and GOOD leaders.
Sometime we arent always on... and that has only been this week!
Last week we where thriving, sure we have lost a few members, blame monolith for that, but inactive is something we are not.

No one knew you before you were leader, I got all your supports and I have them saved to my desktop. The only support you got was Ravanger before he was admin and I went to talk to SilverKnight for you. He offered me to run against you as well. You also said I would be the only Lt. Col. but then you promoted Doom to my position so I left. My character already wanted to leave Military. Somehow you still think I'M the one who backstabbed you so after all these months of you thinking this I feel the need to post this information.

It as nothing to do with that. What i stated in my post is that i already know That If the leader goes inactive the faction goes inactive, And as i've stated before i propably wouldent be here whit out you and i am thankful for that.

And you wana know why i promoted doom? You even stated the reason in your own post even doe you might have missed it, you were inactive. And i need an active co-leader to help me manege the troops, sure i should have talked to you first but i figured sence you had been talking about leaving the military for so long it dident really matter and most of te time i heard you saying how you dident actually want to be in such a high pos, you liked being orderd around..
So i gave doom Lt Colonel Couse he was both active, willing and knew how to lead the troops(not that you dident know that).
