It's not going to Happy, Duty are nothing more than a group of ex military, hunters and people who want to keep order in the zone, not the government, rich bastards or technologically advanced.

Im thinking about land vehicles in RAD2, but it probably won't come to pass in the end, vehicles are lagging, instant kill weapons, and with unjust systems (lack of fuel, integrity and space) and in the zone the terrain is pretty fucked up to go anywhere.

Anyways the only faction that can have choppers is the Military because they have a reason. To reach the center.
