STEAM WONT FECKING WORK

Steam wont load for me, everytime i go to log in, it stays on the logging in bit.

Any ideas?

Re-install, Restart PC, Cry.

Have restarted, and its just choosing when it wants to work, got on it now, i was considering the crying bit tho.
