If you people aren't happy about the way DUTY is in RP, then CHANGE IT. I am one person. I cannot magically make DUTY the amazing faction everybody wants. It is a slow process with only one person doing it, and from what I've seen nobody else is helping, except Ganendor and Nikolai.
A faction is only as strong as it's weakest link, and from what I have seen, it's pretty pathetic.

The leeches in here are just sad. No fingers pointed, but there are people who just join the faction and do nothing for it. They just sit there. If you don't want to be considered a leech, do something for the faction. Ideas and suggestions are strongly suggested. Advanced Duplications, like Nikolai is doing, are also cool. Again, artwork and banners work as well. Most of all, just get on your DUTYer once in a while.

Oh yea and if you didnt know im 100% sure that the Soldiers give their full support to improve this Faction.
But please, at some point call for a meeting. Maybe a time at week for meetings. Like MONDAY. Everybody hates Mondays. It could improve organization of the faction a lot if everyone worked together.

His point is that it is hard to lead for him at this time becaouse of Real Life troubles. That is why he accepted the App's Promoted a lot of people and made Ganendor Manage the Faction for a while.
