I don't really want credit, i want them to stop using my work.

He's claiming it's not technically your work because it's GSC's and it isn't copyrighted.

At least they claim that, I think they're just being unreasonable.

He used their material to create his own original work, GSC has no copyrights against their visual content, including textures and models. The only thing that is copyrighted is their game engine. Inb4 they do have copyrights, if they did have them on the models people wouldn't be allowed to edit them and make custom models/textures.

I was mostly on about my map.... but alot of those models ive reedited, reskined, and one or two, some of my artists made.
