*A letter in a sophisticated envelope, which is within a wooden box is left at the gates of the Army Base of sector 3.* It reads "To: Sir Tkachuk. From: Sir Lachance

Dear Sir Tkachuk....

It has come to my attention, that our standings with each other seem to be slowly dimming away...What has happened to us? Once, we used to be in close relations with each other; now, we are but indifferent...

I would like to propose a "gift". Perhaps you and I could discuss a way in which we may once again re-establish our connections with each other. I would like to propose a meeting, if you will. I'd like to meet with you, Sir Tkachuk, and your men and women of the army so I may further assist the Military power to the greatest of my abilites... Through this measure, I am able to inform myself of the power which the Military now holds truly, and perhaps you can inform yourself, of my fellow Trader traders abilities.

I am here because I feel as though the Traders Union is not what it used to be without the Military's mighty power to protect it. I need you, but you do not need us. Your soldiers have given the Traders Union the greatest aid in its history of existence, and I would like to re-establish that.

If we are to discuss this privately and work out a deal, Sir. Tkachuk; I will supply the Military with the greatest of supplies, and at heavy discounts. I am able to supply you with whatever it is that you request, as long as you aid the Traders Union if needed. During our meeting if it is too occur, I want you to inform me of what you wish us to do as well.

Mr. Tkachuk; I hope you read this letter, I truly do. The Traders Union is not what it once was without the Military's might army at its side. We are unable to wave the mighty crimson flag of the Traders Union without your aid.

And P.S: I would like to apologize for my past actions I have created within the base of your army itself. I was foolish to approach Corporal Mertz and Sergeant Sergeyev, and conduct such an idiotic behavior. It will "NOT" happen again, and that is a promise. Please send them my dearest apologies.
