The Squad System, an experimental new way of sorting the roster.
A must read for all members.


Wall of Text Basics

Soldiers will be put into squads according to what slots need to be filled, more respected members get priority of higher ranks. The chain of command goes from Officers down, and you need to follow those higher than you. You will work and fight with your squad.

In your IC title you are to have your squad number, and your rank. This will help keep everything organized. When you join the server, regroup with your squad and see what is happening. If you are the only one from your squad, or there are not Sargeants or Officers, you are to guard the main base awaiting for your superiors to arrive. You can only take direct orders regarding attacks and movement from your own squad leader, but if you are in a situation where your life is in danger if you do not follow the orders of another squads leader, then you may.

You may also take orders from Co Leaders and Leaders, since they have absolute power over all squads. Vanguards may not give orders to squads unless there is no Squad Leader or Leader present.

If you stay with your squad, and become friends with them, you will do your country proud.

To recap:
- Stick with your squad and follow your superiors orders

- You may take orders from other squads leaders in certain situations

- Do not conduct raids without authorization from your squad leader, or a higher authority

- Vanguards can only give orders when absolutely necessary and no squad leaders or leaders are present

- Your squad is your lifeline and your group of best friends, be valiant alongside them.
