Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?:Paul Feeney grew up in a poorer family, However had a decent education in a private school, Catholic. As a young man he had an uncle that was in the military and he looked up to him. His uncle was a great man, Accomplished many things, however... He was shipped out to the zone, around the time of the first blowout... His uncle was never herd from again. This happened when he was around 17, Nearing his last year in high school... He decided to join the Ukrainian military and request to be shipped out to the zone. When he was 21, he had finished his training, and got shipped out, to the exact same place his uncle went missing. Praying to find him, somehow, it never happened... First thing he saw were all the troops squabling over SKATs- Which he didn't particularly like. Second thing, was mutants. There were more of them out there then there were troops. Snorks, 'Suckers, Blind dogs, you name it, he saw it. He got the attitude of "If it moves, and doesn't speak Russian blow its brains out, if it speaks russian, Tell it to surrender, and then blow its brains out." However, since then he has learned not all stalkers are that bad, a few of them are good men, just like him. One even, "Saved" him, once, but that is a tale he does not like to tell. Since hes been there he has learned to love his Akaban, and has probably polished it more times then he has actually spoken words... All the soldiers, he commanded were good men. Some cold hearted, but good men all the same. He came to believe if you could trust him not to shoot you in the back, he was a good man.  He likes the berlin (If that's right) armor, good old Kevlar.  However he did find out a few things about his uncle. The zone is ruthless, and anyway his uncle could have possible gone was slow and painful... He funneled all his anger into the stalkers and the zone itself. Unlike some Military who are just there for the money... Hes there for revenge... Under commander of the two military leaders, one stepped down, and the other has become co leader... Ordering a recall for the new leader Paul is now in line like every other good loyal soldier, a few others scrambled to Duty, even some to freedom. But i guess Paul will never understand, hes a militant man. Paul Just hopes his commanding officers wont put him down to private.

Describe your character: My Character.. Paul Feeney, An average man. 5'11" Brown hair, eyes. 5-o'clock shadow due to not shaving. Rough look about him, grizzled, and war torn, a vet to say the least

What position do you want and why?: Well, Ideally I would like to be an Officer, I was Major before the wipe leader of vanguard... my squad went inactive before I did :(. I have been in military ever since the begining, and I think that's the only reason I got that high, I have been loyal. I would like Officer, However if you going to keep ranks low.. Its your call. I just like the officer model better ;) Also, I would like to be an Engineer, I like building and i'm sure people can vouch for me.

Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?: Born and raised in Kiev, Ukraine. Vasiliv, like numerous others was fascinated with the adventure and promise of riches hidden within the zone. Unfortunately only after he had left his home did he realize the harsh reality The Zone truly was. Even before his first night he was shot at by other Explorers and Vagrants apparently called "STALKERS" The only safety he saw within the zone was the zones controlled by the Ukrainian Military, he even saw Order, Respect, Power and Leadership something that he desperately needed. He began doing work catered specifically to the Military, anything from disposing waste, to town watch, hoping one day to enlist within their ranks.

He was born in Ukraine before the accidents at the PPT on a small farmstead. He worked the equipment there for quite a time which increased his strength, but due to lack of proper education he wasn't the smartest. After he turned fourteen he was enrolled into High School with the money he had saved from the job at his families farm. He had begun to learn about such stuff that had never been thought of in his mind at the farmstead. This led to his love for learning things. The only problem was once High School was over he had no money for College. The only other option he had was to enroll in the Military, this would lead to some money throuh working with the armed forces.

He began his work with the military when he was twenty seven. He was assigned to a light infantry division where he quickly picked up the skills of a true soldier. His cold composure led his survival instincts that he holds on to to this day. Seeing all his comrades die he could only think of not ending up in the same predicament as them so he fought on. Eventually after the division was disbanded when there was no further need he discovered he still had not enough money for a college education, hoping to one day do that, thought the chances were shrinking, he stayed in the Military.

the second incident at the PPT was all over the news and talked about much. It was so new and fascinating. No one knew what to think of it. Then there began the recruitment to travel to the PPT? Unthinkable was the word that came to mind. There must have been fallout he thought to himself, must be dangerous. Then he began hearing of the pay they would receive and the mysterious objects known as artifacts. It intrigued him so much that he signed on to be part of the crew manning the chopper into the strange area now known as, "The Zone".

Describe your character: He is quite strong from years on his farmstead with a high school level of education. He has blackish colored hair with a brown tinge to it, and his eyes a pale green color like that of a clover. He is not pudgy or over weight, but most of the weight comes from his muscle from years on the farm.

Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?: Yuri lived in a house not far away from the zone with his brother Dmirtri. Yuri was a good mechanic and a sharp shooter. His brother liked trading and had a small shop in the local area but Yuri longed for more danger and exitment in his life so when he saw a advert in the paper for military he decided to enlist straight away, after 4 years training he was sent into the zone. He's the type that likes to grasp the situation before running in. Waiting until the opportune moment to make a move. He can be silent enough to almost disappear. Although very careful, Yuri's anger can put him into difficult situations as he's a bit of a hot head and when angry can attack anyone that gets in his way. He can fix a number of vehicles and generators and is damn good at driving them. He prefers his standard military gear to any other armor and has a liking with the ak74u, ak74-m and the AN 94 akaban.

Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?:Nikolai Yurdansky, a determined man, has been in the military all his life. As long as he can remember, even as a little kid? he was surrounded by it. His father had been in the Ukrainian Military, and as a boy looked up to him,with respect and awe. While a young man,the zone was created,he was 16 at the time,in high school. His father was wounded by a mutant and sent back for recuperation,however for a short time the doctors didn?t know he was going to make it. His father told him, ?Son, if you are going to go anywhere in the military, go to the zone and kill every single one of those bastards for me.? Nikolai took this to heart, and 3 days after finishing high school signed up for the military. Finishing top of his class, Nikolai Yurdansky was an excellent soldier that excelled in following orders. Every little detail was done to his best ability. He even got recommended for special forces, by his sergeant.While in the zone,he made friends with everyone.He was a real  character?one of those people you only meet a few times in your life and you cant help but to love them.He almost was as good as the vets first time he went into combat. Suckers, Blind dogs, mutant? pig things, you name it, hes killed it. All in all a great soldier.The men  loved to be around him, and he wouldn?t trade his military life for the world.He was a loyal soldier of the Ukraine Military. However, new officers stepped up to the plate,and Nikolai recalled back to the checkpoint to meet the new leader.

When Sarah was Still a Nurse in a Hospital she always helped Poor Peoples and Other People who needed Medical help even when the work time was already over.

One Day her Bestfriend came to her and asked if she want to go with him to the Army cause his Father told him he should go to the Army to Fight for his Motherland.

Sarah told him, she will think over it a few days.

In the Night Sarah had a Scary Nightmare that her best friend would die when he goes to the Military cause in her dream she dreamed that he Will go away with a Squad of other Military Peoples to the Ukrain and they die from an attacking "Thing".

The next day Sarah went to her friend and told him about her dream. Her friend just laughed and told her "Hahaha i will be Alright Sarah, and the Thing how did it looked so i know what should i shoot if i ever go to the Ukrain, hahaha"

Sarah told him that it looked like a Human but just with ... "tentacles" instead of a mouth.

He laughed Hardly "a Human with tentacles ? hahahaha, so what do you say do you come with me ?"

Sarah said yes cause she wants to protect him and help him when hes in Danger.

The Next day the Car arrived to get Sarah and her Friend to the Military and she forgott about the dream she was scared of.

2 Months later after she head a Military Field Medic Course she heard that her friend died in the Ukrain in soemthing called "The Zone".

Sarah decided to go there to, to help people when they need help and when they?re in Danger.

Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?: Dmitri was born in Omsk, Russia in 1983 and moved with his family to Kiev, Ukraine at the age of 12. His family moved to Kiev because much of their family lived there including grandparents, aunts and uncles. Dmitri's father had served in the Soviet Military for 20 years until the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, his name is Boris Sergeyev. Dmitri's father always taught Dmitri at a young age about the motherland and how great it and it's allies are. His father learned to embrace the new ways of democracy and taught Dmitri that it was very important. His mother mainly stayed at home although she had a job working a the nearest post office to their home in Omsk for a few years while Dmitri was young. Dmitri's mothers name is Katerina Sergeyev (previously Katerina Bondaruk). Dmitri's background mainly consists of Ukrainian and Russian with a small mix of Romanian. Dmitri has always been very passionate about whatever he enjoys doing in life and he is also very patriotic. Dmitri was taught Ukrainian along with Russian as a child while he resided in Omsk, and spoke both languages with his parents as his father was Russian and his mother was Ukrainian, although his parents spoke both languages.  Dmitri grew to love his new country and at the age of 18 decided to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine instead of attending St. Vladimir University, notably against his parent's, mainly mother's, wishes. Although his Father was quite proud of him for his choice. At the age of 19, only one year of being active in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant had blown again in 2006, only this time it was far worse then ever before. Dmitri instantly recalled stories that his Mother had told him about the 1986 incident while he was younger living in Omsk. Dmitri's aunt had lived close to Pripyat in the city of Slavutych, which was not too far from Pripyat. Fortunately Dmitri's aunt, who's name was Alyona Bondaruk, had moved to Kiev in 1984 only two years before the Chernobyl Incident. By the time the second incident had occurred in 2006 Dmitri was ordered to be sent to the Zone to help control and contain it from the public. It is now 2012 and Dmitri is 29 years of age, having spent 6 whole years containing the zone. Dmitri is now considered a veteran of the zone, having seen blowouts and bloodsucker attacks, he is very experienced.

Describe your character: Dmitri is young, willing and very patriotic. He is willing to follow through any orders and do anything he can to honour his family name and his country; Ukraine. He is quite skilled with a wide aray of weapons. He also never defies any order from his superiors in rank no matter how extreme.

Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?: Billy got in the zone with his parents,grandfather and aunt, when he was 22, his father, make himself a veteran STALKER, he loved very much his father, until one day, he dissapeared... Billy started looking for him many days and weeks, when started to lose any hope, he found him wandering around the forest, when he saw it he started running to him, when he looked at his face a cold got trough his back,his father, became a zombified stalker.... his father wanted to kill him, Billy took the hardest decision of his life... shoot his father with a shotgun.... after that, he got a bit depressed. Later, his grandfather started to teach him how to do a little medicine, to earn some money and to keep his family alive, now that his father has gone, he worked with the military and with anyone who could give him any mission.

One year later he saw his first bloodsucker when he was strolling with his aunt. It almost killed her aunt, luckily or unluckily?. a DUTY patrol heard the noise, and come to see what was going on, they killed the bloodsucker, while Billy was unsconcious DUTY  took her aunt for who knows what and leaved.  When he woke up he found her aunt silver ring, Billy took it and returned sad to his grandfather telling him what happened.
3 Years later he decided to join the military, his grandfather supported him to join and gave him a beretta pistol ?Take this with you,try to find your aunt and remember , don?t forgive me.?

Dave Ventua grew up in Glasgow, he was home schooled until his parents devorced when he was 5 and his mother left to go to Ireland and his father went totally cold, letting Dave do just about anything he wanted as long as it didnt bother him, at the age of 9 he joined a gang, being one of the gang's at war with another he was taught fighting skills such as combat from hand to hand and melee weapons, to guns.

at 12 years old he got sent to "Werthshire school for delinquents", there he spent 4 years "learning" to be a peacful, normal citizen, instead of actually "learning" he just fucked around and failed every class, exept modern languages, in which he learned russian and at age of 16 when he got out his father was already dead, 2 years ago he died in a car crash on the way to work, but he didn't care, he didn't care about much anymore, the government noticed his behaviour and tried to catch him, they thought he was insane, so he fled the country to Ukraine, to a town called Kobyzhcha, there he was found out by Ukrainian police, but instead of getting sent back to the UK he worked to stay there, by working for the Military, he already knows everything they have in training, so he was sent to the Zone but a year later he gained amnesia, and lost all memories of events that had happened in past life, aftet that he wasn't the same.

Travis Johnson was born in San Francisco. After a few months after being born his father lost his job. After a few more months of looking his family started to go into dept. His father searched harder until finally he found a job in Ukraine. His father already knew how to speak many languages including Ukrainian., So it was easy for his family to move. After years of working hard and getting promotions he was finally able to retire at the age of 52. Travis's father takes him out once a week to go hunting in the forest. That is where i learned how to properly shoot his rifle. Travis is now 23 and lives on his own. He goes hunting once a week like before and sometimes to the shooting range. One day he lost his job and started to look for one but couldn't get any. Then he had an idea. So Travis joined the Ukraine military. He aced the shooting test and passed the obstacle course. He is know a private. After a few more months of training he was shipped to the zone. And that is where he has been ever since. Now Travis is now 27. After doing a standard patrol of sector 2 the squad came under attack from duty. Travis was the only one that survived. Duty brought him in for questioning. After a few days of waiting they finally started to interrogate Travis. Travis never answered any of their questions. They finally brought a sucker in. How they controlled he has no idea. The sucker ripped Travis's leg off. Travis screamed in pain. Travis was asked the questions again. He still never answered. That pissed duty off. They shoot Travis in the stomach. They then left Travis to die in sector 2. Travis soon awoke and used the hidden radio he had to call for help. Military units soon arrived and got a medi-vac. Travis was then given a fake leg to help him walk. 2 more years later and he is now 29. He doesn't speak much anymore. He just follows orders and covers his team with his unique sniping skills.

A special day, wandering around in the forest, Krystal ran into some bad mutants which wounded her leg. Limping away, she came across a military base in the town, she pleaded for help for her rather badly wounded shin, she was finally let in by Dimitri LaChance, who took care of her left leg, and after she got better, she simply stayed around the base, watching how the Military worked, as they were frequently attacked by the freedumb in these times. Spending days with them, getting to know them all, with Lt. Colonel Nikolai Yurdansky there, she decided it was about time to apply for the military, from what she has seen so far, it was what she wanted to do with her life. They trained her very much in firearms, which before she barely used at all. Now she is a VERY excellent shooter with near perfect aim, and excels in sniping.

Aleksey Was born in Russia. With a wealthy background he was brought up looking down on others. He was hated by many in his school and where he lived. This has some negative effects on his mental state, causing him depression and high amounts of rage. Most of his childhood was spent with these conditions, becoming more distant from everyone, even his own family.

After Graduating from school, he joined the Russian Army, hoping it would help his condition. He exceled in his training, Learning the basic survival skills, and firearms training needed. Once he was shipped out to Chechnya, where on his first day he was forced to fight against terrorist forces in a bloody and grueling battle. After the fight he found a new thrill in what he had experianced, and was eager to return to battle. He fought in numerous engagments within Chechnya, and was awarded many commendments for his work. After serving two years in Chechnya, he decided to apply for the Vityaz, a Anti-Terrorism and a Counter Rebellion within the Army. He a small amount of time training for this role, and was soon ordered to stop Regular Military personel aiding the terrorists. Aleksey was forced to kill men he had trained and served with, without remorse or guilt. He found this was his true calling. He spent many of his years with this group, quelling numerous Terrorist Strikes and Rebellious activity within the Military. Untill his last assignment ended wrongly. Due to his cold heart and unwillingness to listen to reason, he killed an High Ranking Military Officer who was believed to be Aiding the terrorists, which was a false accusation. Due to this he was cast out of the Military.

After being cast out, he didnt know what to do. His life was within the Military and now he had nothing to live for, he was close to killing himself. Untill he heard rumors about the Ukrainian Military looking for ex Military to go to the so called "Zone". He believed this was his salvation, and he gathered his supplies and moved to Ukraine. Now he is in Ukraine, applying to become part of the military, looking to be an asset to them.

Describe your character: A big built white male. He has a shaven head and and brown eyes. He is around 6'1" and has numerous scar's on his body from past conflicts.  He does not lack in Agility, due to his previous training as a Special Forces unit. He is cold and usually unreasonable. He will only respect those in the chain of command, and loyal Military personel. He is in a great physical coniditon, but is psycologically unstable.

All he wanted was to live with his father in the Ukraine as Yalov grew older his uncle told Yalov that his dad died in the zone from a bandit raid. A tear fell down the boys cheek as he swore revenge on the zone. Years past and the Yalov was obsessed with the military he wanted to clean the zone like his father has done. He talked to his uncle about joining the military and when that came out of Yalov mouth he grabbed his coat and keys and ran out the door with Yalov to the recruitment office.

Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?: Dmitri had left his town to venture into the zone along side of many other curious interlopers. Of course, they all had the same goal of finding the powerful artifacts, and the sound of treasure and money perked his interest. The group and him managed to make their way into the Zone, and ended up founding an encampment as a place of refuge for others seeking the same things. He volunteered himself as part of the camps militia, to help fight out unwanted visitors. Over time, the camp began to disperse as the rest of the Stalkers left off on their own, or in smaller groups. Dmitri never decided to leave, as he found the place as a haven, and he felt that it was his duty to protect what they had worked so hard to develop. His interest of fighting along side his comrades was always there. Eventually, after the camp had completely emptied, the military seized control of it, in which Dmitri decided it was then that he had found his calling. As the military took over, Dmitri revealed himself to them and asked for a moment of mercy to tell them his story. After listening to what he had to say, and noting his obvious loyalty and passion, they're deciding whether or not to take him in as one of their own, to fight for the Ukranian Military.

Describe your character: Dmitri is quite a loyal type, always showing respect for his higher authorities, and doing what he was told without question. In his younger years, though, he tended to be a bit naive, though he quickly grew out of that as desperate times called for desperate measures.

Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?:Borris was raised by his father, mother, and grandfather. His grandfather being an ex-nazi and his mother being german. His father was an ex-Soviet union soldier. His grandfather and father never got along but they both loved Borris. They taught him several fighting styles and how to use weapons. When Borris was 18 his grandfather died and to cope with the pain he joined the military. He was very muscular and strong and was the perfect soldier. He was the top of his squad in boot camp because of his training and discipline. Stationed at a base in Kiev for 5 years Borris was itching for combat. One week after the Chernobyl incident he was stationed to the zone. When he arrived there he was surprised at what he saw when he arrived. He was briefed that he was to control the zone and make sure no one gets to powerful. He was told watch out for anomalies and always stay with his squad or at the base.

Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?: Alyssio's family has been part of the military dating back to the beginning of written records. His father was a highly praised military recruit, until he lost his legs in a training exercise gone wrong. When Alyssio was born with Congenital Analgia  his father believed it was a chance to redeem him self for failing his country. So he took it upon himself to train Alyssio to be the great soldier he was supposed to be. Although Alyssio's father intended for him to be a cold, ruthless, and calculating killer, his condition it would seem, caused the opposite effect. He never knew pain of suffering, so any brutal training his father tried to break his will with all he could do was sigh with frustration and boredom. When his father died of heart complications, Alyssio took it upon himself to join the military. Shortly after his basic training he was stationed in the sector.
Describe your character: Alyssio is loyal, and thinks that honesty is vital to living a happy life. He always tries to look at the bright side of things. He is an expert at hand to hand combat, he holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Sambo. Since he was trained to be a soldier since birth he lacks any since of direction in life, and prefers to be told what he needs to do.
What possition do you want and why?: I would like to be where ever my country needs me to be.

Backstory/Military event/How did you get in to the military and the zone?: Glen was born to an abusive family in Northhampton in England, he received regular beatings from his Father and his mother was a heavy drinker. Despite this bad upbringing, Glen showed great intelligence from an early age, and surpassed all expectations at school, getting excellent results in his A levels exams. But tragedy soon followed, after a night of heavy drinking, Glen's father went overboard and beat his wife to death. After the public enquiry, Glen became a tabloid regular. He was on the front pages for weeks after the event. Hating all this publicity, and wanting to get away from it all, Glen took a job offer in Chernobyl as a gym trainer in a local school, where he quickly learned the language of it's in-habitants.

He became super fit, and spent his spare time practicing weaponry at the local range. Becoming depressed with the high rates of crime among the citizens of the city, Glen formed a local militia to tackle youth. Crime Stops-The English Translation of the Groups name, became a well respected force in the town and Glen was at the head of operations. He quickly developed skills in leadership and, during a ferocious street battle between a heavily armed gang of local youths, saved one of his squad members from a molotov cocktail thrown from an above window by pushing his comrade out of the way and in the effort, wounding himself in the process. He was awarded the highest medal of the City for that particular triumph, and has had many successes with Crime Stops since.
Describe your character: A friendly middle aged man, with a slight accent who speaks slowly but confidently, as English is his first language. He is strong from years of Gym training, but also very quick and intelligent. A born leader, he excels in a position of power, but is loyal to those above him.
What possition do you want and why?: A squad leader would be ideal for Glen, as it would put him in command, and in the thick of action.
