The one laptop that can run steam and gmod is gone(my step-dad's busier now, so he has to use it). Still, I'm trying to find ways to get back on Steam. However, I only have two current solutions:Completely reset my computer to factory settings in hopes Steam will run again, or build/buy a gaming computer. The former option may not work, and it'll end up with me losing all my files, and the latter option will take a while, since I have not enough money to buy a computer.

Depends, how high is your budget? I got my PC that can run Crysis and Fallout 3 on Very High settings for $1400, no overclock involved.

Including a monitor and a case if you need one.

I don't have any money at all, I don't really work for money that much. Anyway, I plan to make at least 1500 and see what I can get from there.
