I will speak inside vent, listen to tactics, and give other members support, ingame and out.

Are you capable of working as a team:

Yes i am. When i am in my gaming mood, i will be a listener. And suggest ways to improve plans, or tactics. I am honest, allways. And i admit, sometimes i fail. Othertimes im allways top. Never inbetween.

Write a story about a combat situations, and how you solve it:
Teamwork. Teamwork can solve any combat situation, people with different skills combined.
If the whole team is pinned down, for example. I would (if commanding) order a few members, to fire back, and run left and right. (strafe) to distract the opposition, while the more skillfull members of this team should break the supression. (depending on how)

Write about a time you've worked as a team. This was back in the days on Castle Wolfenstein. I was a proud member of a clan. A gaming clan, we would use vent. Mics, and tactics. I was the destraction for a pillbox, acting noobish infront if it, shoot, miss on purpose, and hide. Keeping its attention to me. While two team members were scaling a wall to the far right of this. They easily got inside, and done an incredable knife kill. The rest of my team could breach the fort sucsesfully.

Are you fine with having a squad leader:Yeah, i actually prefer this. Im not a strong commander or speaker.
