Bring them back, Here are several reasons that i'm not just shitting myself!

-Harder to get into duty. (Believe me, new guys can't even drop their guns without asking for the command)
-Stalkers like to ask for help. (You need to be able to have people on the outside that you can trust.)
-Appointment. (I need stalkers to watch the base and such.)
-Intel. (Some stalkers can get useful IC info)
-More ranks
-Population (The base is completely empty most of the time and we can attract people more by appointing loyalists)

When I played the roleplay my first day after say... since january, I recreated my character, explored the map, and set my title as "|DUTY Loyalist|Lost|", Naturally, since I was thinking back then. Well, my second day of playing I asked a DUTYer for help (We were in the town). I told him I was a loyalist looking for work, He replied "Why don't you just join DUTY?", Huh?. So I app'ed and got accepted. I was confused by how easily I was accepted, Back then we used to have to play for close to a week to join DUTY.

Some suggestions.

-Have the stalkers become a loyalist first, so they can build up their character and gain their trust with DUTY.

Supporters.
Hotstarr (He immediately agreed with me. Hotstarr used to play as a high ranking DUTY member back then when STALKER rp was young.)

Hotstarr used to lead Duty before Hockey.

I agree as well but I think Stalkers don't really need an application to be a Loyalist them selfs. It's really there choice if they want to be a loyalist or not keeping a roster can leave an opportunity for it to be meta gamed of such natures(Usually people meta game this by being overly cautious around loyalists)

Not nessecarily apps but you would have to be trusted by most of the leaders and known to be a good friend of duty.

yeah, it should all be an IC thing, for example my character is a contractor that only does work for the Military.

I support this, it brings out a deeper Roleplay. And there would possibly be more stalkers than faction members.

+support so i dont have to tell recruits to go back to the gate.
