I Regret Complaining, However this must be addressed

I hate complaining about things on forums however, Like the title says I need to state my mind. This is concerning Commissar Nitro glycerin. Today at approximately 10:20 (East Coast) I joined the server. About one minute later Radek joined the server so, I waited at spawn for him. He joined, went on his mili char, and we goof'd around for a minute or two before he needed to get a flag, Ecologist. I waited a spawn for him to receive it, he did, then I jumped on his head at spawn. Suddenly I proceeded to fly, and with great excitement flew backwards, before turning around to find a phys gun right behind me with me attached, Commisar's phys gun. I tryed to run back to ask radek a question, and was then thrown back, around 3-4 more times. I got a little pissed, and Commisar stopped for the time being. I ran back, Jumped up and down a few times, got teleported to outskirts of town in sector one. This happened a few more times, stopped and then me and Radek proceeded to sector 2 to do, ecologist stuff i presume. I Only got to the van before i was met with "Disconnect: Kicked by Console : "Banned for 600 mins ( General Mingery and refusal to listen to admins 600 mins ban )".

Now general Mingery was probably the Jumping, and refusal to listen... Who knows. However, through this whole time Commisar and me did not say much to each other, he did not communicate to me once about it, other then being obnoxis and grabbing me and such. I said to radek, privately commissars being a noob, and apparently he herd it cause he started talking about it. I have many questions that has aroused by this event. How did a man that would ban a player that is constantly on the server, and populating it, trying to help the comunity, get banned for 600 minutes, for jumping around a bit. We all do it, its not like i was interrupting anything.  Commissar has been on the server for nothing more then a month, or two at the most, get he has gotten admin. I have seen nothing but flaming from him, for this, or that. Also, I have seen him complaining because people have been talking in LOOC, hes not there to force RP, hes there to enhance it. Im sorry to "Flame" if this is flaming, but my mind is a little boggled right now. I Dont understand why this person got it, when there are other vet players who have been playing perfectly, the nicest guys, who haven't gotten crap for it. I'm Only questioning his judgment, not the rest of the administration.

I see what he means here. There are truly terrible role-players who bunny hop, and even pretend to be bushes that can't be banned for it. Then a good role-play who has been around the community for quite a long time now is banned for it?

Today he demoted Dom for suiciding(not to avoid rp, just for a quick bit of fun), and then banned him for 60 minutes because Dom got annoyed over the demotion.

The draging you away was so i could talk to you in local ooc and avoid an open discution and the telels were to the same end. And your Sucide to avoid talking to me was the reason for your ban. I was still learning the scripts codes at the time so the ban came a few mins late and was intended to be 60.


Dom has been demoted for a week. His ban was due to mass open flaming on the server and on SF that convo excript is real but only  shows a small amout of the abuse he threw at me.
