As it stands, the map is finished to the point where it's ready to launch (I still have to tweak some unimportant bits, though). Lore is pretty ok from that standpoint and as far as rules go there aren't any written down in documents but I have a strong idea of what I want to happen in the server. I'm still waiting on a reply from Silver (and it hasn't been that long since I sent him a PM, maybe less than 3 hours). Your first login will have you standing on this big contraption in the middle of a bay, and you jump from it and read the book you're given on login. It will contain all the information necessary (including links to specific threads that will be posted at a later date) to roleplaying successfully in Reveris. Afterwards you'll travel up this pathway and at a later date you can enter this feudal Japanese-like fort-turned-Academy and it'll have some stuff in there, and the building is really only a gimmick to lure new players logging in.

More on the pre-made map:
Most of it is completely bare, and by that I mean that there are no man-made structures or structures generated. In essence, it's a wilderness, you have to create the buildings that will tell the tale of the land. It isn't a pre-generated map, I made it in a program and tweaked it in-game, too. I'm not sure the exact size but I think it's around 5k x 5k blocks (which is a lot bigger than it sounds). I'll post a picture of an aerial map so you guys can navigate your way around the world.

For now I'll work on posting some pictures and finalizing the lore/staff team/some other shit that you don't need to worry about, but I have to wait for Silver's answer (obviously) before I can move on with anything. Let's hope for the best.
