This post is offer the players an opportunity to give the administration team suggestions on things they would like to see. I don't mind the requests whether you think they are obvious, we'd like to keep track of everything.

What if we had a character we use ( For this case call him Big Brother.) who would be able to monitor the server at all times. Like a security camera. You would just have to have this player on the server with the chat logs and map open. Then use screen capture to just watch. From there you just need someone with enough hardrive space to hold a weeks worth of video. (Not that much if you compress it or have at least 1 TB of space.) Then whenever someone did something wrong on the server you would know where they were and who they were. It basically gives our admins a way to always catch anyone who breaks any rules after the fact. While it's not stopping the rule breaking I'm fairly certain it would discourage it and allow you to catch any rule breakers. What do you guys think?

The concept is good, but the actual setup would be a pain. First you need someone who wants their computer constantly running and collecting video data. You need a lot more then a TB of space for a day if you want any video quality that is good. (Could always use lowest quality and half quality settings since it is just security) It would probably be more efficient to figure out a way to have a script programmed into the server that would log the chat log and with time have low quality record of map. Using an actual character just wouldn't be efficient and I doubt someone would be willing to do that.

We need a log, guys. something that tells us who got on at what time.
This could be your log. I would do it myself if I had an extra crappy computer lieing around or enough processing power to constantly run it in the back ground. I'll try to find some weak computer to set to do this though if you guys want. Or you can I'm sure one of the admins has an outdated computer they aren't using.
