I think this is a good gamemode (and more stable than flood)

It would be nice if this replaced the flood server cause, the flood script is broken -.-

Let me give you a history lesson. The player "The Maw" changed the game mode ws to ws settlement where you could make more things like swords and houses. After awhile he had to close the server, soon he reopened it with ws tribal. ws tribal made you able to make more then before but not released for other servers. With a fine admin team of Maw, Assassin, Me, and Steejo, it was a success. Later the server got fucked up, so now he is switching gamemode to gamemode.
