Write a story about a combat situations, and how you solve it: I was once playing INS, and my squad was pinned down by snipers, I took point and scouted out the snipers, with one of our MG's providing covering fire, and our sniper taking out theirs.

Write about a time you've worked as a team: Same game as above, but on a different map, we coodinated strikes around the map to take out sniper/MG strongholds.

Are you fine with having a squad leader: yes. Honestly, I hate being leader.

How do you work as a team: I am usually a person that provides covering fire, or flanks around cover to eliminate threats.
Are you capable of working as a team: I am perfectly fine with a team, I've played many a tactical games in my day. (Rainbow Six: Vegas, Hidden: Source, the type.)
Write a story about a combat situations, and how you solve it: On nt_shrine_ctg, you are pinned down in the open area with the foliage and pond. You are on the side with the small building in the corner. Their team has a sniper, and 2 Assaults pinning you down with Assault-Rifle fire.
Units: Your Side: 1 support, 2 Assault, 2 Recon. Theirs: 2 Assault, 1 recon (sniper)
Solve: Support throws smoke grenade, enveloping the largest open area. He attempts to eliminate threats. They take cover. The assaults move up a ways, and throw frags. If there are still enemies, suppress fire and send Recon in, activating thermoptic camo, and flanking behind them, and eliminate.
Write about a time you've worked as a team: There was a man with the ghost on the street map, protected by 1 Assault and 1 support. A support member kept them under cover, so me and an Assault flanked. The assault threw a frag, and killed the Assault, and the support went to shoot us, but our support got him first. I then killed the Ghost carrier.
Are you fine with having a squad leader: Yes, I'm a good leader, but I take orders better than I give them out.

How do you work as a team: I work all around, I can be the one pushing point and distracting, or, securing the guy with the Ghost. Covering fire and flanking.

Are you capable of working as a team: Absolutely, There is no other way to play.

Write a story about a combat situations, and how you solve it: So, we're stuck in a train station, a basic split between teams, Jinrai, my team, advancing through the subway assaulting the NSF. My team worked as support, but i chose to be an assault for the round, by doing this, my support team mates were able to support the main assault with smoke, covering fire for the rest of the team, while i snuck to our left flank, where a small squad of 3 men were creeping around to attack our flank, i quickly put on my camo, waiting for the right time to strike, i waited, threw a frag to disorient them and proceeded to take out two assault and one recon unit, securing our position, giving our team the opportunity to advance without fear of flanking.

Write about a time you've worked as a team. The absolute best experience in any FPS i've ever had was with Cortez, Kahn, myself and Merolt Ops. Echo squad we were called, and as an all support sqaud proceeded to flat out dominate the other team. At first, the NFS was winning non stop, consecutive loss after each frustrating loss, we finally decided that the run and gun method that we're all used to, (but i personally despise) wasn't going to work. We started working tactfully, Kahn at the rear, cortez leading the way, while Merlot Ops grabbed the ghost, and I stayed in close proximity towards the front, guarding him to the drop zone. This was my most memorable experience for it was the first of our man consecutive wins that followed our squad. and just like that, the Wins on Jinrai team began to stack up, Win after win followed us, as echo squad dominated the NFS, Proctecting the ghost when it needed to be protected, clearing the way for the assualt when there was no hope of advancing, and even sneaking around to take out the enemy on the flanks. We were unstoppable and perfect in our tactical movements. Elite.

Are you fine with having a squad leader: Absolutely, I can take the lead when necessary, but I prefer to be the follower, aiding team mates its so satisfying.

there was 3 of us left on the Rooftops map, a recon(me),and 2 assaults against 6 of them. I scouted for the letting 1 of the recons start sniping them while the other drewed their attention. I was able to take out a recon and a support while scouting and we finally won when they killed the others.

Every time I get in a game and for one simple reason that if you don't work as a team you will die as a loner.The other simple fact is that I work better in a team because i have constant Intell to announce and receive and I can give out pretty good Info

How do you work as a team: As a whole, you cant go out on your own without back up or teamwork...simply means failure thus working as a team mean victory. Sticking with a team (spread out to avoid mass nade death) and maybe letting a member stay behind to cover is a tactic i like to use myself.

Write a story about a combat situations, and how you solve it: Both team are at a stale-mate in a corrador, there exchangeing fire but no one is getting fraged. We have a recon ...but not doing its job. The recon should be flanking, going around the map to try and engage from behind, distracting (or possibley fraging) them allowing the squad in the corrador to move up and engage. Now ther recon should be trying to work its way around the map, trying to stay undetected.

Are you fine with having a squad leader: Yes, personly i belive i'm more then capible of commanding, engageing with a squad under my order with minimal losses and keeping on mission then under someone elses, althou i have no problem with taking orders.

Write a story about a combat situations, and how you solve it: Today I was continually being shot at by a member here (Turnkey). With health being picked off, I slowly moved through the map, and then I finally found a corner. Immediately I threw down my smoke and turned on the thermal vision and popped out to face my enemy. Down the corridor he stood out in the open expecting me to keep running away. I popped him with my m41 twice in the shoulder, but he, like me, was a support and soaked it up and slowly walked away, but quickly out of view.

Knowing there was only one other way for him to go I played into acting like he never would go behind me. Sure enough on my headphones came the pitter patter of him above me. So this time I threw the smoke down in front of me, and backed away to a different corner. He rounded down the stairs and looked to where the smoke was with his thermal vision only to get shot in the back of the head.

Write about a time you've worked as a team: Hearing the call outs from my team member holding the ghost we slowly moved towards extraction point. With three people 30 meters directly in front of us we knew we couldn't push. So, I told the ghost holder and one other to go the opposite side of the map. With only one way out of where the enemies where, I just waited for their mistake. Sure enough seeing the ghost run away from them was to much for the enemies. I heard them coming, and threw down a smoke grenade and turned the corner guns a blazing. It worked.

How do you work as a team:I can call out enemy positions, flank, annoy and distract the enemy. I also talk on the mic to teamates about my plan for the round.

Write a story about a combat situations, and how you solve it:On skyline an opposing recon was sniping with an srs from the vents. My teammates were pinned down. I hopped from near the helicopter behind to the entrance and suprised the sniping recon. He missed his first shot on me and I finished him off. After this my teammates could advance without being shot.

Write about a time you've worked as a team.On Rise our team was doing bad because we weren't sticking together or helping each other at all. I started speaking and got some of the team to stick together and watch each others flanks. We did much better and ended up winning the match.
