(A revived thread as it was removed because of whatever recently happened to the forums.)

Take down the useless servers, please.

Gmod Flood: Empty.

Battlegrounds: Empty.

L4D: Empty. Better, active and solely based communities and servers out there.

HL2 DM: Incredibly rare for people to join. It's HL2 DM anyway, not many people in HGN or other people actually care for this "Game".

Gmod Build: Impractical. Empty. Annoying to build things with stuff like 4 second gap between tool gun usage. Prop spawn delay. Other better servers around, or how about singleplayer?

Day of Defeat: Empty. Better, active and solely based communities and servers out there.

CS:S Dust 24/7: Empty. Always.

TF2: Empty. Better, active and solely based communities and servers out there.

Why pay for servers that are never used by HGN or or just other players? It sure is nice to have lots of servers from lots of games; but seriously what is the point of paying for them if no one uses them? Let's just concentrate on what the community wants, which looks like the following:
S.t.a.l.k.e.r. Roleplay, NeoTokyo, HL2 : Ep2 Roleplay.
It's a smaller list, but "The more the merrier" isn't always the case. If we get rid of these useless servers the community will be much more resourceful.

We're rideing a big beast called  a dedicated server.
It wouldn't be cheaper to take down the other servers cus the dedi will cost the same no matter if you use its full potential or just a little of it.

Exactly, we can put up pretty much any server we want.

So why not take away these useless servers and make the ones we currently have more stable?

HL2RP server sounds ok. But I do like the idea of taking down some useless servers for RP servers.

Listen, remove the useless servers so that the active servers dont lagg.
And what impression does it make on people when they see HGN servers empty? "Oh look a failing community"
Remove the useless and inactive servers.........

To my mind more servers we have at diffrent games and themes , the more popular we get.

Ofc it's my opinion.
