people screwing around

Look i now im new here and all but i think some one really needs to control all the people screwing around.For example i just joined the server and i was stuck in a huge prop block oragy that took up almost a quarter of the map.There has to be some way to stop such things from happening.

ps...on another note i got TT accepted but i dont know how to get it or use it and stuff?also on another note i got accepted into freedom as well(its an honor) but in-game im not sure how to become freedom.
