This is a Huge WIP. I can tell you a bit though

The Nether Scourge are an elitist group of outcasts who rule in the Outlands. With their awesome power they strike fear in others hearts. Their main goal is to cleanse all of the Outlands of all abomination in their eyes. They are neutral with the Lich King, seeing as most of his army came from the Outlands. They serve no higher power but their own.
