Need some help

So...I was recently given a G36 for a firefight/STK between Duty and Freedom V. Military...It really bothered me when I found out that each time I hit the right click to zoom in, the screen was just a gigantic Purple and Block Missing textures square. I've reinstalled counter-strike and tried replacing scope textures in Garry's Mod, but I can't find what I am missing.
Here is an image of what I am experiencing, someone give me a sprite or tips or something to fix this damned thing.
