Because the alternatives are filled with retards. Take TnB for instance. Sure they have more content. Why do people stay with HGN? Because we're such elitist pricks that we drive out the dumbasses. Well, more often than other communities who embrace the idiots. We're just assholes.

Though clearly that isn't a very good reason, so people come and go from HGN frequently. I'd like to keep people around and maybe see a little more love put into the development of our servers.

I am neutral with my comrades. We don't suck, but we do have our days where we aren't exactly top of the line administration. Not going to lie though, we suck when we try to all work together, especially when the admins themselves hate have little hates for their fellow admins.

Honestly, I dunno if I should even be making suggestions here, but I believe we should sit down (the entire team) and do a small reform with some check and balance features. That way when the server admin team doesn't like what management is doing, we can overrule instead of getting a "Yeah im a higher rank, what I say goes." No fingers being pointed of course, just an example.

It really doesn't bode well when the head honchos make a new rule that the server admins themselves don't like / agree with, but get the cold shoulder when we bring it up.
