Regarding new members and vanity items

I understand we must make new characters upon joining. I take it this applies to vanity items as well? The thought just occurred to me that everyone new may kind of look the same. IDK just some thoughts. Thanks for your time.

Yup sorry mate, but you have to start clean with a default setup. If a friendly player decides to help you out after that by all means go wild.
Your own look is encouraged here. (Not to mention it's good for the RPR)
