Where is the Multiplayer Fallout?

A friened of mine told me about how this forum hosts a multiplayer fallout. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know where it is?

If you want a multiplayer fallout, there's a mod which adds multiplayer to it. I actually think you've meant Garry's Mod Fallout Roleplay and it's locked for some time until GMod 13 comes out and Silver adds a new/re-made script for GMod 13 to our RP servers.
