New Haven started in Amargosa Valley 2236 as a small militia. Its first members, driven by order and peace among the wasteland, spread the word across the area and slowly New Haven began to grow.
New Haven's standings where "Pride - Honor - Freedom" and their main goal was to make the wasteland a better place for everyone sharing their view. They would fight mutants and raiders and enforce
justice in the wasteland, but it was not so clear if New Haven could stay the way it wanted to be, as its leadership still lacked experience and their members were still young.
In the current area they formed alliances and made trades with other wastelanders and the NCR. New Haven was growing and so far they had partly prevented disorder in Amargosa Valley
and their numbers of soldiers was growing rapidly. The faction got a lot of attention and so conflicts with other groups couldn't be prevented. First it was Vault 10 then it was the Brotherhood. New Haven became
a threat as it forces began to grow, but at this point it was also hard for its leaders to controll their members.

After months of setting New Haven up an incident with the Enclave brought the faction outside of Amargosa Valley. Their mission was to find and secure Enclave technology for themselves, but meanwhile they have
been kept busy by other missions on their journey and their reputation began to decrease. Wrong decisions made the faction look bad and after a while New Haven became corrupted
and lost many members.

The few ones who were loyal began to settle bases all around west of North America, trying to get New Haven back to their old roots, but the faction wasn't the same anymore.
Years have past and New Haven wasn't a militia with soldiers anymore, but a group of former mercinaries and NCR soldiers. All of them shared the same mission though. It was
protecting the wasteland and its inhabitants from raiders, mutants and other hostilities. It was now a group of rangers wandering around the wasteland, trying to enforce justice
and order among the wastelies with their own methodes. They stayed loyal to their faction, loyal to New Haven. New Haven became a home for daredevils, but with standings.

"Pride - Honor - Freedom" were never forgotten.
