Start over of New Haven

Because of the setting change of HGN Fallout RP, New Haven will do a start over. An image change you could say.
The server "recently" switched from Fallout 2 to Fallout New Vegas and at this point we want to switch forward too.
Just saying this so everyone can forget about the old New Haven, because before this wasn't organized enough and we chose the wrong members.

This New Haven will have a new and much more serious kind of leadership.
