HGN Community Meeting - 08/05/2012 @ (18:00 EST|23:00 GMT|17:00 CST)

Community Members,

As per request of Exile, we will be holding a community meeting this sunday at 18:00 EST/23:00 GMT/17:00 CST. We will be discussing the future of our Garrysmod servers, the possibility of expansion to new games and the general welfare of the community as a whole.

Everyone is welcome to join in on this meeting though admins will take priority during talks.



This meeting will be held on teamspeak due to a couple of reasons;

1) The ability for voice chat helps keep things moving swiftly.
2) The ability to easily change names (In interest of "Nothing to add/NTA")
3) The ability to give a 'Turn to speak' following list order.
4) The ability to moderate whom is invited and speaking.

If you do not have teamspeak or a microphone do not despair! Teamspeak has a 'chatbox' function which allows everyone see your view.  You can download teamspeak here.

Ground Rules

- Keep your Mic on push to talk
- Do not interrupt under any circumstances.
- Any attemps at trolling will get you removed from teamspeak
- If you have nothing to say on a matter add [NTA] to the end of your name.
- If you wish to expand on a topic once you've spoken add [ADD] to the end of your name.
- Keep things short and sweet.



Finally, if you have anything that YOU would like to be raised in the meeting feel free to post them here and i will do my best to fit it into the meeting.

Gmod community is losing interest in RP, all around. GM13 is basically killing most servers. Perhaps its time to invest in a new script for GM13 before it comes out, so that we won't be ass naked when GM13 comes out.




I mean, I'm sure theres enough members at HGN with GM13 who will test.

Clearing up the primaries for those who: A) Cant use Google. B) Do not know the time tables, be it by just not knowing or caring. C) Simplicity for figuring out the start time for the unlisted time zones.

To those who dont know the table, its simple. 24-Hour Clock. Once you pass 1200 (High Noon) you add 100 to the count up to 2359 (11:59 PM) and then 2400 for exact Midnight. And in some cases you'll see it become 0000 to mark it.

Geography lesson is now concluded.
