The Enclave's 4th of July

*It's a quiet day in the wasteland, and people are gathered around and talking in the NCR square. Suddenly, tremendous shots come from the east.* *Seconds later, larges explosions come from the swamps*
*Panic and hysteria ensue, and everyone runs around, coming up with their own idea of what happened.*
*Enclave radio suddenly stops, and a voice comes on the radio for the first time*
"Hello soldiers, Captain Charles Whitaker here, and happy 4th of July. Hope none of you have forgotten why this day is celebrated, though. For those of you who chose to stay here, don't worry, we'll be celebrating aswell... In our own way. Go to the mess hall, and have some drinks, you've earned it boys. Grab a lawn chair, sit on the roofs, and watch the fireworks."
*With that, more shots ring out, and begin to hit in random spots across the wastes, aswell as a few fireworks going up near the lake*

Just a little thin for the enclave to celebrate, since I didnt get on today to do what I had planned to.
Happy 4th of July (For those who celebrate).
Also, this can just add for something for wasters to talk about, and factions to talk about aswell. Normal wasters wouldn't have heard the broadcast, but factions might have. ICly there are a couple holes where the artillery landed in the swamps, aswell a couple just lying around. Only one of the shells survived impact (In full anyways) and since I cant watch over if people go searching around. Ill just post a riddle for you to figure out, post the answer below for your person to get an intact artillery shell (Mostly for factions, though a waster could probably sell it to a factoon. Though nobody has any use for it, its still a shell.)
